We redesigned the Generush website with a delightful user interface that focuses on conversions.
Generush is a digital giving platform for Churches and Non-Profits. We worked with AGCU to redesign the marketing site for their digital giving service. They wanted a fresh modern design that showcased the platform and all the ways donors could give. We were also able to improve the signup integration using the platforms’ API.
We integrated the design into WordPress giving their marketing team the ability to edit nearly all of the home page content without writing any HTML. We also set them up with a session replay tool so they could see what improvements could be made to the design based on real user sessions.
In addition to the design, we also created analytics goals to track conversions for contact form submissions and account signups to help inform UI/UX decisions in the future. The new design and SEO also helped increase their organic search traffic by 80% compared to the year prior to launch.
